JMX Same Day Delivery is hiring a dependable straight truck driver for local and regional deliveries. This is a W-2 employee position — drive our company truck (no CDL required).
Position Details:
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, part-time or full-time
Home Daily: Deliveries within ~200 miles of Milwaukee (including Chicago area)
Equipment: 26ft straight truck, under 26,000 GVW (no CDL required)
Duties:
Pickup and deliver dock-to-dock freight
Operate liftgate and manual pallet jack as needed
Occasional loading/unloading (must lift up to 50 lbs)
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Pass drug test (company paid)
DOT medical card (company paid)
Age 21+ (or minimum legal driving age)
Experience preferred but will consider strong candidates with no prior experience

Key Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 6:30 am – 8:30 am & 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Vehicle Provided: Company-owned RAM ProMaster 1500 van
Responsibilities:
Shuttle totes and small freight between two fixed locations
Load and unload the vehicle at each stop
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily checks
Follow route schedule and communicate with dispatch as needed
Requirements / Qualifications:
Clean driving record (required)
Age 21+ preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Delivery experience preferred but not required

About the work:
Local business-to-business deliveries, typically 1 pickup and 1 drop per job
Most routes are 10–100 miles in total distance
Most jobs pick up and deliver in the morning.
Hand load and unload boxes at each location
Commission-based pay with weekly settlements
Requirements:
Must own and operate an insured cargo or Sprinter van
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Smartphone with data plan for dispatch, GPS, and proof of delivery photos
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
